Monkeys on a Tree ... Parable

It is said that every organization is like a tree full of monkeys .. some jumping up, some being pushed down and some monkeys swinging away to other trees.

This tree full of monkeys always see action and things are always on the move.

Only thing, however, that stays constant is -- that the monkeys  sitting on the top and looking down  always see smiling faces and the monkeys looking up always see 'ass holes' !
